General Rules and Scope

These Sports Betting Rules govern all interactive sports wagering products and services offered by Asha777 to registered End Users. They supplement and, where inconsistent, prevail over the Operator's General Terms & Conditions. The English version governs interpretation. Asha777 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, with amendments taking effect immediately upon publication on the Website. All data, odds and results communicated by Asha777 are provided in good faith, but Asha777 does not warrant accuracy or completeness and may correct or clarify information at its sole discretion. The final interpretation and application of these Rules rests with Asha777.

Bets Acceptance, Validity and Settlement

A bet is an agreement between the Client and Asha777 to wager on a selected market under the terms available at bet acceptance. Bets are valid on the Line shown at the time of acceptance. Live bets are subject to the rules applicable to live markets. A bet cannot be modified or cancelled once accepted, except as permitted by these Rules or as required to correct an obvious error or a failed settlement.

  • Bets placed before the scheduled start of the Event are valid. Bets placed after the start of the Event are void, except for Live Bets in Live Markets, which may be accepted during the event.
  • Asha777 may suspend or void markets, or refuse bets at its absolute discretion, including without limitation for breach of these Rules or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Disputes relating to bets or settlements must be raised within 30 days of the end of the Event. Absent a timely dispute, settlements stand final.
  • In the event of an erroneous settlement, Asha777 may re-settle the affected bets. Asha777’s re-settlement decision is final.

Abandonment, Postponement and Venue Changes

  • If an Event does not start or finish in accordance with its scheduled date/time, all Bets shall be void except for Markets that have been unconditionally determined prior to the departure of the event.
  • If an Event starts but is subsequently abandoned or not completed within the defined time frame, only Markets that are unconditionally determined will stand; all other Bets shall be void.
  • In the event of a change of Venue or Home/Away designation, all Bets on the affected Market shall be void, unless the specific Event Betting Rules provide otherwise for non-team events or for the Market opened after the venue change.

Periods of Time and Settlement Timing

  • Where the duration of an Event is altered, Bets on that Event become invalid unless re-opened markets are clearly defined by the Event Rules.
  • Injury or stoppage time is regarded as part of the regular time for settlement purposes, unless the Event Rules specify otherwise. Official time used for settlement is the time recorded by the governing body or its official data source.

Results, Evidence and Finality

  • Where applicable, final results are determined by the official results of the governing body. In the absence of an official result, Asha777 may determine final results using available evidence or, where necessary, video records. If there is a contradiction between official results and the results displayed by Asha777, the governing body’s result or the video reference shall prevail if available. Asha777’s decision is final and binding.
  • Markets are generally settled after the Event has concluded. Asha777 may settle some Markets earlier for customer service; any such settlement may be reversed if performed in error.
  • Asha777 reserves the right to suspend settlement on a Market if uncertainty over the result exists. No amendments to settled results will be made after 72 hours from the Event start time, except where fraud or material error is established.

Markets and Bet Types

The following Market types may be offered. Each Market is described in the specific Event Rules as published at the time of bet acceptance. Where the term is abbreviated below, the same symbol denotes the market as printed in the betting interface.

  • Outright: Betting on the winner of a Tournament, Event, League or competition, available from the outset or at any stage until its conclusion.
  • Moneyline: Betting on the participant expected to win the Event; in the event of a draw in applicable Markets, stakes may be refunded or processed per Market terms.
  • 1X2 (Win/Draw/Win): A bet on Home win (1), Draw (X), or Away win (2).
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap: A virtual head start/deficit applied to a participant to equalize chances; outcomes are determined after applying the Handicap to final scores. Where the Handicap results in a draw after application, some Markets pay at odds of 1.0 as specified in the Market terms.
  • Over/Under (Totals): Wager on whether the combined score will be over or under a defined total.
  • Correct Score: Predicting the exact final score of the Event.
  • HT/FT: Predicting the Half-Time Result and Full-Time Result, combined in a single Market.
  • First Goal / Last Goal: Predicting which participant will score first or last; or whether no goal will be scored.
  • Corners: Predicting the number of corners for Home and Away, or the total corners in the Event as defined by the Market.
  • Time Interval Bets: Bets on outcomes within specified intervals (for example, first 20 minutes; second half).
  • To Qualify: Bets on whether a participant will reach a specified stage or round; if a match is rescheduled or not played, outcomes are settled per Event Rules.
  • Multi Bets and System Bets: A combination of selections. A Multi Bet requires all selections to win; a System Bet requires a subset to win, with some combinations paid even if other selections lose. Any adjourned selections revert to odds of 1.0 for those market components as defined in the Event Rules.

Live Betting

  • Live Bets are accepted during an Event on outcomes with undetermined results. Real-time odds update continuously to reflect progress in the Event.
  • Live Bets are settled according to the final results as they become known. If an Event is interrupted or abandoned, Live Bets on outcomes not yet determined may be void or settled at odds of 1.0, per Event Rules.
  • Claims regarding Live Bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the Event start. If an Event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours, unsettled Live Bets may be void. The Event’s start time for settlement may differ from the displayed Market start time.
  • Asha777 may settle Live Bets based on its own statistics if official data is unavailable. Unless stated otherwise, bets on non-competing participants may be void in Live Markets.

Bonuses, Balances and Wagering

Asha777 may offer bonuses subject to separate wagering terms. Players have two balances: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is used for wagering first. Winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied or the bonus is revoked. Bets funded by the bonus balance are governed by the bonus terms; mixing bets across balances must comply with the terms. Abusive use of bonus funds may result in cancellation of the bonus and all winnings derived from it, as well as possible account limitations or closure.

Eligibility, Prohibited Conduct and Account Security

  • All bets are subject to eligibility: players must be of legal age as defined by applicable law, and capable of entering into a binding contract. Individuals who are participants or officials in Events may be restricted from betting on those Events.
  • Asha777 reserves the right to restrict accounts or block access for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, multiple identical bets to bypass limits, and automated betting activity detected by security systems.
  • Users must not engage in collusion or match-fixing activities; accounts involved in such conduct may be closed and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Disputes, Fraud, and Data Integrity

Any disputes arising under these Rules shall be resolved by Asha777 in its sole discretion. Data accuracy is not guaranteed; bets are settled based on official results or, where appropriate, the Company's determination using its video or official data sources. All settlements are final unless challenged within the dispute period and corrected per the Rules. Asha777 maintains reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent activity.
