Initiating Self-Exclusion
Requests can be submitted directly by a user through the My Gambling Controls section of the Asha777 account, selecting Self-Exclusion. Alternatively, a request may be submitted to our Customer Support team at [email protected]. All requests are processed promptly and trigger immediate restrictions on wagering activity in accordance with this policy.
Effects During Self-Exclusion
- You will be prevented from placing bets or engaging in wagering activities on the Asha777 platform during the exclusion period.
- Login access may remain available for account management, including withdrawal of any remaining balance; no betting actions may be performed during the exclusion.
- Reopening of the account during the exclusion period is not permitted. Asha777 will implement measures to detect and block attempts to create new accounts by the same user during the period.
- Marketing communications and promotional materials related to Asha777 will be suspended for the duration of self-exclusion, and the user will be removed from relevant notification lists.
Ending or Extending the Exclusion
At the end of the self-exclusion period, the user’s account will automatically reactivate, restoring full access to all services. A user may request termination before expiration by contacting Customer Support; in such cases, a cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before termination takes effect.
